Prices will depend on the number of bedrooms, extra rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and whether there is a lot of pet hair to clean up in your home. These variations make it fair to those without pets, and with less variations in their home.
Please note: We follow a ‘Fairness’ policy with all of our flat rate services.
Our ‘Fairness’ Policy
Our flat rate services are a results-based cleaning service. They are not dependent on time limits and we’ll keep working down the checklist of tasks corresponding to the service you’ve booked, plus any extras you’ve selected, until everything’s been cleaned to our exacting standards.
Our cleaning teams are however given estimates of how long we think the job based on the average time the job should take, so that they can plan their day. These are just guidelines – our team works as hard and efficiently as possible to get the job done.
On the rare occasions our estimates prove incorrect, or should there be excessive clutter or grime build-up, our ‘Fairness’ Policy comes into effect. We’ll clean up to 1 hour longer than our estimated time at no further charge, but if your property needs more time and work to get through our entire checklist to our satisfaction, extra charges may apply. We’ll always get in touch with you to confirm any extra charges before proceeding.
